Wet N Wild "Frosted Over"

Wet N Wild Frosted Over from their toppings collection is absolutely gorgeous, I'm in love i will be getting the whole collection soon and be adding more swatches when I get them but I just had to get this at the store when I saw it. A lot of people say they look alot like the china glaze prismatic collection or the old wet n wild collection but I dont think they come close I think those are more chunky and not as smooth. since the cap is so long its actually really easy to apply the polish it's like a paint brush I didn't have to clean up after around my cuticles
